The ZXQ-1 fully automatic metallographic specimen mounting machine utilizes fully automatic mechanical pressurization. The mounting process is program-controlled, enabling one-touch operation for heating, pressurization, pressure holding, cooling, and pressure relief. Specimen mounting is completed automatically without the need for on-site staff, and features an audible and visual alarm. The machine utilizes a reduction motor for pressurization, ensuring stable pressure, and is equipped with a water cooling system. Its fast sample preparation, easy operation, and stable performance make it an ideal specimen mounting machine. Mounting is a crucial step in metallographic specimen preparation, particularly for small specimens that are difficult to handle manually, irregularly shaped specimens requiring edge protection, or specimens requiring automated grinding and polishing.
